I live in Manhattan in the Mount Morris Park Historic District which is centered around three "short" blocks between Mount Morris Park West and Lenox avenues. My apartment is located on the garden level of a 21' X 52' foot brownstone (built circa 1909) designed by William Tuthill, architect of Carnegie Hall. There are two studio apartments on this floor, my apartment, #1, has a front (street) view and is slightly, larger than the rear apartment, #2, which has a backyard.
I took these pictures before I moved in to help me figure out what I was going to do with the space room. Look for posts tagged "Studio Logic" to track my progress.
